Step away from the rush and into a slower, more attentive rhythm. Through an EQUUS Experience®, time in nature, and nature-based art, you’ll have space to slow down, become more present, and explore what emerges when you listen deeply—to yourself, to the horses, and to the natural world.
No horse or art experience necessary
Experience Presence with horses through an EQUUS Experience, and get a felt sense of what it truly means to be present.
Find wisdom in nature and let the beauty of nature ground you.
Create and reflect using collage and journaling to reflect what is present within you.
