Gathering in community to explore ways to harness the energy of disruption is a wonderful way to build capacity in response to what the universe is bringing to us personally and collectively.

We all individually experience major disruption, both positive and negative, throughout our lives. Collectively, the world is experiencing unprecedented shifts that impact us all. What can we learn from nature about moving through these disruptions with grace, courage, and faith? Nature shows us that we are required to adopt a transformative mindset and engage in transformative practices that ignite evolution and create deep and lasting change not only in ourselves, but for the world as a whole.

In How to Live a Transformative Life, we will explore skillsets needed to harness the energy of disruption to explore how we can be our most emboldened and inspired selves.

Mother/Daughter* Circle | 8-week program
Dates TBD - Contact me to get on the list!

The Mother-Daughter Circle is a structured support group for mothers or female-identifying caregivers and girls or youth who identify with female development, ages 11-18. The purpose of the circle is to promote a healthy and sustaining bond between mothers and daughters during the transitional years from girlhood to young womanhood.

Through shared listening, creative expression, and skill-building, mothers or female-identifying caregivers and their daughters* join in community to explore stress reduction, communication skills, setting limits and honoring boundaries, relationship accountability, and building bonds among the broader female community.

*We honor and welcome anyone who identifies with the experiences and journeys of womanhood/girlhood/female development.
